Felicitation, Annadhanam and Magicshow

An intention of conducting our association felicitation is that every member has to be credited and honored for giving their at-most services and simplicity efforts and effective contribution towards it. By keeping such concept and vision in view, the key members of our association have initiated to conduct felicitation for each and every member from the age group of 3 years to 70 plus years old to remember and recall an exotic movement forever.

Felicitation conduction is not only for the purpose of rejoicing and recognition but also to recollect and remembrance of the splendid and confectionery movements which they served to the god during the whole event. It also boosts up and gives immense pleasure and extraordinary feelings to the association's members.

In a simple and significant manner, the felicitation event bestows a positive reflection and congenial atmosphere, which finally inculcate the association to be more unified and brings a solidarity environment among the members and association as well.

In our tradition, serving spiritual seekers and monks has always been of utmost importance. This can be a path in itself. The most beautiful expression of this is the Annadanam – the sacred offering of food.” by  - Sadhguru.

Every living being requires certain basic things to lead a peaceful life. While things like clothes and shelter affect the quality of life, the absence of food can snatch life itself.

Annadanam" is made up of two words - 'Annam' which means food and 'danam' which means the act of giving or donating. Annadanam is called the 'Mahadanam' among the various kinds of danam.

For the believer in God, there is Annadhananam in the temple, in offering food to God. But this is out of innocent love for God. The seeker who realizes God lives as the Atman in the poor, serves the poor with Annadhanam, knowing and realizing that God lives as the Atman in each one.

What is the purpose? The purpose is obviously to pray to God, to make an offering to the Lord. If you look at it from the worldly point of view, the poor who gets the anna or the food, benefit. But the larger benefit is for the one who feeds the poor. By feeding the food, he is actually praying and loving God.

The Evergreen Friends Association is excited to host a magic show event for children, which promises to be a fun-filled experience for kids of all ages. The event is set to take place near our Ganesh Mandapam, at our community centre, and we are thrilled to welcome all the children and their families to join us for an afternoon of magic and wonder.

We have selected a professional magician who is experienced in working with children and has a proven track record of delivering exciting and engaging shows. The magician is known for their interactive and humorous style, which is sure to captivate the young audience and keep them entertained throughout the event.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, the show will be held indoors at our spacious community center, which has ample room for the children to move around and interact with the magician. We will also have a team of volunteers on hand to assist with any needs and ensure that everyone has a great time.

During the show, the magician will perform a variety of age-appropriate tricks and illusions, incorporating elements of comedy, and music, to keep the children engaged and entertained. They will also encourage audience participation, which is a great way to get the kids involved and make the show even more interactive and engaging.

At the end of the show, the magician will provide a brief lesson on some basic principles of magic, offering tips and tricks that the children can try at home. This will inspire their interest in magic and encourage them to continue exploring this fascinating art form.

In conclusion, the magic show event for children of the Evergreen Friends Association promises to be an exciting and memorable experience for all involved.
